Söderberg & Partners' activities are regulated by legislation which includes the Insurance Intermediaries Act (2005:405), the Securities Market Act (2007:528), the Financial Advice to Consumers Act (2003:862), the Act (2009:62) on measures against money laundering and terrorist financing, and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's regulations and general guidelines on securities trading (FFFS 2007:16), insurance mediation (FFFS 2005:11), measures against money laundering and terrorist financing (FFFS 2009:1) and financial advice to consumers (FFFS 2004:4 ).

Many of our activities are subject to permit, and to fulfilment of a number of requirements that apply to Söderberg & Partners as a company, as well as to individual employees. For examples, mediators of insurance and providers of financial advice must have a broad insurance expertise, possess relevant knowledge in law and economics, as well as practical experience. All advisors at Söderberg & Partners have undergone adequate training and have the required experience.

Complaints

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service provided by Söderberg & Partners, you must contact us as soon as possible.

If you have a complaint, you should in the first instance contact the member of staff at Söderberg & Partners with whom you had contact regarding the matter to which the complaint refers. If you are still dissatisfied after this, you can proceed by writing to the complaints manager at Söderberg & Partners.

Registration & supervision

Permits

In order to pursue insurance mediation activities, the insurance broker must be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Söderberg & Partners' insurance brokerage companies are registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office for the provision of life insurance and, where appropriate, mutual funds and general insurance.
