We are seeking advisors, specialising in occupational pension, investment and business insurance, who share our vision to create the best solutions and the most competent advice by constantly innovating and developing the traditional way of working in the industry. As an advisor at Söderberg & Partners, you will have access to our own analysis department and comprehensive customer systems. This means that you can deliver great added value to your customers – in accordance with each individual's unique situation and needs.
Within our analysis department, our specialists work to continuously evaluate and analyse the market's products. Our continuous growth means that we recruit a handful of analysts each year.
Our systems are developed internally and we have large IT departments in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The systems provide our customers with a complete picture of their finances and future pension and are used as a tool for our financial advisors and administrators. We are constantly looking for new technologies for better and more efficient systems, and the number of system developers is growing in line with the rest of the group.
Our skilled administrators are an important cornerstone for our activities and represent approx. 30% of our employees. The administrators work in our own systems and receive continuous training.
